The Udoobe solution is offered in two modules. In the Business to business (B2B) module you manage your professional relationship with your salon and spa partners. In the Business to consumer (B2C) module the end consumer can read about Sothys and shop the products online.
Each module will have it own website and url. For example for Poland (.pl) where the distributor is Beauty Trade, the B2B site is found under www.beautytrade.pl/sothys and the B2C site is www.sothys.pl.
Brand presentation
The front page of the Udoobe B2B site is a presentation of Sothys intended for your current and potential salon and spa partners. The brand presentation is open to all and is hereby the only page in the B2B sites that does not require log-in.
Event management
In the Udoobe Event section you manage all on-location and online scheduled events for your salon and spa partners, including customizable registration forms and integraded video conferencing with record option.
Bookings
With Udoobe Bookings you manage your booking services and booking calendar and offer an fully automated option for your partners to arrange a meeting, training session etc. with your national organisation.
Online library
Udoobe Online library is your national version of the Sothys Extranet. You manage the library in your dedicated Drop Box account and updates in your Drop Box is immediately available to your salon partners in the Online Library.
Organization management & communication
You may organize your salon partners in segments, assign roles, control access, connect workflows and automations.
Online academy
The Udoobe Online Academy is an online training platform with all the important Sothys treatments and regimes, offering your salon partners a convenient tool for learning, as well as preparing for or repeating the on-loctaion training.
Campaign management
With Udoobe Campaign management you can organize and present all the Sothys and your national campaigns, as well as collect the campaign orders from your salon partners thorugh dedicated forms for each campign.
National Sothys website
With the Udoobe B2C module you get your national version of the Sothys official website, including Sothys products, treatments, reference spas from around the world, news and generla information about the Sothys universe.
Online sales
In Udoobe the online customers are connected to one of your salon partners. You compensate the salons a share of the online sales based on your service agreement. Online sales becomes an opportunity in stead of a threat.
Promotions & coupons
Udoobe provides a set of options for creating promotions for your customers, including automatic discounts and coupuons configured for specific products, categories, time periods, customers, dicount types etc.
Marketing
The Udoobe Marketing section offer you a complete set of marketing tools, including email manager, integration with Ads, social media marketing, SEO, external integrations, powerful analytics etc.
Order management
The Udoobe Order management offer you the tools you need to track and the order processing, handle the communcation and financials with the customer, shipping, invoicing, payment collection etc.
Gift cards
With Udoobe the online customers may purchase gift cards for their friends, colleagues and family that are valid for later purchases in the online shop. As with many of the other modules, also the Gift card module is optional.
Loyalty & referrals
Udoobe Loyalty and referrals provides your business with a powerful tool for incentivising your customers to recruit other customers and continue shopping their Sothys products in your online store.
